Two kinds of picture appear on this site. The chemical structure is adapted from a public scientific database and carries that database's licence. Everything else is an AI-generated illustration made for this site. No photograph of a real patient, clinician, pharmacy or document appears anywhere on it.

Testosterone structure

The structural drawing used as a page backdrop is adapted from the testosterone record in ChEBI, the Chemical Entities of Biological Interest database at the European Molecular Biology Laboratory's European Bioinformatics Institute. The record identifies testosterone as C19H28O2 and shows a last-modified date of 10 April 2018. It was downloaded and checked on 14 September 2026.

The required credit is:

Testosterone structure adapted from ChEBI, CHEBI:17347, EMBL-EBI, CC BY 4.0. Colour, scale and composition modified with AI-assisted image generation.

The source record is CHEBI:17347, and ChEBI states its licence terms on its about page. EMBL-EBI did not supply the backdrops used here, has no involvement in this site, and does not endorse it or any provider named on it.

The drawing was compared by eye against the ChEBI rendering before it was used: the four fused rings in the 6-6-6-5 arrangement, the ketone at carbon 3 with the carbon 4 to carbon 5 double bond, the 17-beta hydroxyl, both angular methyls and the three hashed hydrogens all match. It was not verified by rebuilding the structure from the file, so it is decoration on this site and is not offered as a reference figure. The backdrop shows the parent testosterone molecule, not any ester.

Editorial pictures

Every other image on the site is an AI-generated illustration commissioned for it. They are scenes, not records. Nobody in them is a real person, no building is a real clinic or pharmacy, and any handwriting, card, receipt or form shown in them is invented and deliberately unreadable. They carry no evidential weight and nothing on the site rests on them.

Where a picture shows something that could be mistaken for a document, its description says so. Prices, provincial rules, licence numbers and clinical statements come from the sources listed on each page, never from an image.

Corrections to a credit

If an image on this site looks misleading, or if a credit is wrong or missing, the credit is corrected or the image is removed, and the change is recorded in the changelog on the dataset page.
