TRT clinics and providers in Canada, online and in person

10 Canadian services publish a testosterone offering to adults in at least one province: 8 online, 1 in person and 1 offering both. They are listed alphabetically, each with the same fields, and every figure is what the provider itself publishes, with the date it was checked. Where a provider says nothing and nobody has confirmed it, the record reads not confirmed rather than guessing. Where a province appears on a general service list or an intake form, that is shown as such and not as confirmed TRT coverage.

Who is included
Every provider whose own public page offers testosterone assessment or treatment to adults in at least one Canadian province, online or in person. Listed alphabetically.
Captured
12 September 2026, dataset v0.2, province, scope, price and pharmacy fields re-checked 23 September 2026. Figures change; check the provider’s page before relying on one.
Three kinds of figure
Published by provider, with the page and the date checked. Confirmed directly with provider, with the date, the method and the responding role. Editorial estimate, a calculation by this site with its assumptions shown beside it. Every figure says which it is.
Missing data
Written as not confirmed. A published figure is never altered, and an estimate is never shown as a quoted price.
Conflicts
Where a provider’s own pages disagree, both statements are kept and the difference is set out under the field.

How do I compare online TRT providers in Canada?

No service is best for everyone. Which one fits depends on your province and on what you need, so compare the same points for each:

The table and the records below use those same fields for every provider, in alphabetical order.

Canadian TRT providers, alphabetical. Captured 12 September 2026, dataset v0.2, provinces and scope re-checked 30 September 2026. Every figure is as the provider displays it. Full fields and every cost component are below the table.

Province codes follow Canada Post: AB, BC, MB, NB, NL, NS, ON, PE, QC, SK. A province marked with an asterisk appears on the provider's general service list or intake form, and TRT availability there is not confirmed. "Not confirmed" means the provider publishes no usable statement and nobody has confirmed one; it is not a cross and not a zero. A provider marked sources conflict has statements on its own site that do not reconcile with each other; the detail is in that provider's section below, along with the source for every cell. A follow-up interval is what the provider publishes about its own service, not a medical recommendation.

The same five checks for every service, from company and clinician to pharmacy register, are on the how to check a TRT service page.

What is missing from this table

Several records are thin. Gambit, MHC and Gameday Men's Health publish no fee schedule that could be read on the check date. Phoenix's testosterone page states Ontario availability and describes assessment and prescribed treatment, but its specific testosterone replacement offering is not confirmed. Essential Clinic's figures come from a support page dated 9 June 2026 and were not re-checked. Those records are marked where they appear. Direct confirmation with a provider, where it happens, is recorded with the date, the method and the responding role, and any change is recorded in the changelog.

Customer reviews and ratings, all providers

Platform displays as read on 30 September 2026, the same fields for every provider. A score describes customer experience with the company as a whole. It may cover services other than testosterone and, for some profiles, customers outside Canada. It is not evidence of clinical quality or of treatment effectiveness, and it is never combined across platforms.

Category ranks as displayed

Trustpilot ranks businesses within categories it assigns. Four categories are compared for every provider; a rank is shown only where the platform displayed one on the check date, with the platform's own denominator. Denominators for the same category differed between profile pages read the same day, which is recorded as displayed rather than corrected. Ranks change without notice and are rechecked before publication.

What a rating does and does not measure, with the same records, is on the TRT reviews page.

Every provider, every field

Each section below carries the same fields and the same cost components, in the same order. Where a provider does not publish something, the entry reads not confirmed. The pharmacy field is one line for everyone, with the licensing evidence available under it.

Pharmacy licensing evidence, all providers

What each provider publishes about its dispensing pharmacy, and what the provincial register showed where a licence number is published. "Not named" records what a provider publishes; it does not say whether the provider uses a licensed pharmacy, and it is not a quality rating.

Dispensing pharmacy as published on each provider's own pages, checked 12 to 23 September 2026.

The FAQ states that the TRT programme is not available in Quebec, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Yukon or Prince Edward Island.sources conflictThe testosterone page names only four of those exclusions and does not mention Prince Edward Island or Yukon, so the two pages disagree on whether a reader in Prince Edward Island can use the service. The FAQ wording is the TRT-specific one and is the one used here.Published by provider.Jack Health FAQ, no date shown on the page, checked 30 September 2026 Listed for TRT: Alberta, British Columbia, Newfoundland and Labrador, Ontario, Saskatchewan. Not listed: Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Quebec. The FAQ names six jurisdictions where the TRT programme is not available, including Prince Edward Island.
